Our why is you, we want to understand what's going to put a smile on your face in your newly built outdoor oasis. We kick off our process with a site inspection to envision your dream project. See below to see how we do that.
Site Visit
We get a chance to visit with you and learn about what's important to your outdoor space.
From there, we'll take measurements in preparation for an estimate.
Design Proposal
We present a visual representation & revise as necessary to ensure we're meeting your design intent.
We'll provide a contract to sign that outlines the project details, start date, schedule and payment terms.
Preparation
As we prepare to start the build process, all of the materials will be delivered to your home and your utility lines marked.
Before construction begins, one of our superintendents will meet with you and explain the process from start to finish and answer any questions you may have.
Construction
From start to finish our team is onsite to quickly and safely bring your vision to life with our expert carpenters, masons, and roofers.
We'll provide updates along the way as we track the schedule in real time.
Warranty
We'll take a walk at project completion to make sure you're as thrilled as we are.
From there we help you to register for all of your product warranties and say farewell until the next summer cookout.
